Return Eligibility
You can submit a return request within 30 calendar days after you receive your package. All returned items must be unused, in their original condition, with original packaging and tags intact. Worn, damaged, opened, customized or clearance items are not eligible for returns.
Return Procedure
- Please send an email to chinook‑4.plover@icloud.com, include your order number, product name and the reason for your return.
- Our team will respond to your inquiry within 2‑3 business days and provide you with detailed return instructions.
- Customers are responsible for return‑shipping fees, except for orders that we shipped incorrectly or items that arrived defective or damaged.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned goods, we will inform you whether your refund application is approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5‑10 business days for the funds to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider’s processing time.
Special Notes
We are not liable for lost parcels caused by an incorrect delivery address provided by the buyer. Final‑sale discounted products cannot be returned or refunded.
